I searched but cannot find who makes an extended panhard rod. I installed a Bearmach Diff guard, the one DAP sells BA125. It wraps around the diff. It's installed tight to the front, but doesn't leave enough room to install the panhard rod.
Seems like a saw a rod somewhere that is designed for this kind of problem. Does anyone know????

drop the panhard bar and then put the cover on, then bolt the panhard bar right back up. youll be glad you did cause if it pops off, the panhard bar holds it on there.

The only problem with the Rovertracks panhard bar is that the heim joints are 5/8. I know a bunch of guys run this setup, but I don't think anybody drills out their brackets. If you use the stock nut and bolt it will move on you.

I have one and I love it, but I would highly recommend drilling out the brackets and getting new 5/8 hardware. Also be very careful not to let the drill bit catch. I used a 1/2 snapon air drill to do it because they won't break your arms if they catch.

Thanks for the tip. I'll be sure to check the bushing bolt size before install. I'm going to see if there is another way to bolt up the guard that makes it tighter. If not I'll be calling Rovertracks.

Alex, you may not notice it at all. However just like my KVT bumper which we all know will rotate, over time it'll round out the panhard brackets. My bumper mounts on the frame got pretty ovalized from rotating a little bit.
