I found a guy local to me that can reprogram the suspension heights for me at each wheel. I am going to chat with him next week and see what we can do!

I will repost then.

When you say came off some rocks do you mean you were just rock crawling or you got it hung up and the system sensed it?

Thanks,
G

I got hungup on a rock, it sensed it and raised, then I cleared the rock, well... kinda. Then it stayed in that position until I pushed the lever to go to "normal" off road height.

So I spent an hour with the tech at the dealership yesterday trying to reprogram the suspension. After this didnt work we decided to trick the system by shortening the linkage on the ride height sensors. VOILA!! It worked and my truck now rides higher all the time.

OFFROAD HEIGHT = Now 1"+ higher
RIDE HEIGHT = old offroad height
ACCESS HEIGHT = old ride height

I'll take some pics ASAP and post! (then i'll find out the hard way what gets ruined from doing this)

Is the linkage part that you shortened something that could easily be replaced with a stock part? If it can easily be swapped back to stock, that would help with warranty claims.

The warranty will NOT be voided. We worked on the truck together after the shop was closed. And it can easily be switched back if necessary.

When manipulating the computers to raise the bladders, does it max out or affect articulation? Inquiring minds want to know?

Good question I would think it does...the bladders are full...the A-Arms seem to be extended all the way doesn't seem like that would be an optimal situation.

On my old LR3 extended mode came on only when high centered or a wheel is off the ground for a couple of seconds. This also was the final thing my suspension did before my compressor went out on the trail with 32' coopers, Rubbed pretty bad. Plus doesn't the computer say to lower back to off-road height anyway?
