I always call the person on that. Ask them how do they know what area I'm in, ask them for my address (or even phone number), etc. Ask em how they expect to be in my area when they don't even know where I am unless I tell em. Flusters most of them. half end up hanging up the phone on me.

This sounds suspect to me. You are not disclosing what this supposed opportunity is, just fishing for responses. This makes me very suspicious. Since you have been around for a while and have a couple of seemingly legitimate Rover related posts I will give you the benefit of the doubt and not ban you at this time.
