About 70-90psi of air pressure.

So an air source. compressor/power tank, switches, air lines, solenoid or pneumatic switch and probably a few other tidbits.

I think if you had a tank and regulator set to 90psi, you could run it all day. then when you want to turn it off, just unhook the air.

I bought two as a package deal. I only want one in the rear. I don't want to worry about breaking stuff in the front end.

I'd suggest using the third you are selling and never connecting the air line. You can still break stuff in the front without the locker.
