FAT TIRE PALE ALE comes in first
BRECKENRIDGE AVALANCHE comes in second
SIERRA NEVADA PALE ALE comes in third

I think I've been to Colorado too many times.

I wouldn't call any beer my favorite. That would be like asking me to choose a favorite between my children! That being said, I am all over this sh!t lately.

Get some.

Go to Capital City Brewery in downtown DC, drink one of each, repeat till passed out.
I've heard they have food too!

Walt, I have been there and seen the light. Didn't check out the food either.

Elepant kicks ass!
So many beers I've forgotten about. I wonder why?
Don't you hate it when your friends try to tell you what you did last night?
If you don't remember, it didn't happen!

I have to go with this one; I drank hundreds of gallons of this in the 70's it made being in Asia look a whole lot better?. Now what ever is cold and in a bottle works for me?.

Fat tire..I remember having some of that in CO. A little like Sierra Nevada, but lighter? That the stuff?

Bud is a great everyday, don't wanna think about it type of beer..goes great with pizza.

Now if you want a beer that has a lot of complex flavors, then I'd say try some of Magic Hats varieties.

Lately I've been digging No. 9...goes great with any Szechuan dish, and fat angle and Humble Patience are also pretty good

If you like hops:

Ruination IPA from Stone in San Diego:

Hazed and Infused from Boulder

Maybe you prefer Belgique: -- watch out for the alcohol in these...
Duvel

Chimay

The old standbys from New Belgium in Ft Collins
Blue paddle and Fat Tire, know by the locals as flat tire.

Then if you just want a really big and strong beer, try Avery. You might even need to share, but if not its bound to kick your ass, the Reverend, especially-- watch out!
