Feedback on '04 Disco

I'm ready to purchase a new SE 04 Disco silver/black

However I'm struggling with which options

Is the self leveling suspension really necessary?

Would this interfer with future lift/OME springs?

mine came with SLS, and once i put coils in there, i'll try to wire the compressor to work indepently ... we'll see how that turns out. but other than that, i think SLS is worthless. it makes all kinds of noises and makes me nervous.

Go basic. The less electronic crap, the better. SLS is only going to cause you problems if you do any serious off-roading. I have an '04 SE and I've only had a couple initial build quality issues... so far, so good. It's like driving a Caddy compared to my '98 DI. If it wasn't a daily driver, I would save a few grand and go with the S model.

Oh, BTW... The black interior sucks. You wouldn't believe how much the tan interior hides... You'll see EVERY spec of dirt and dust with the black interior.
