We use a lot of contractors to teach us intelligence people how to use ArcGIS.

A LOT.

And they get paid A LOT. Especially if you get a gig that deploys you.

So how about hooking my man up by giving him the names of the firms that contract for your unit? Better yet, ask one of your GIS dudes for a referral.

i at the last minute deferred my graduation and am thinking about taking the next GIS class, its about GPS systems and remote sensing principles... $940 worth it??? still a "student" so its alot cheaper than non student or graduate level... same class though.

check out the FAA at USAJOBS. The agency is getting ready to field a massive change in ATC involving sattelites and GPS. FAA pays very well also.
