Hey guys Land Rover Roanoke has been sold and I've been told to drop some inventory. The vehicles that need to go are a 2004 Full size Range Rover and a 2005 LR3 HSE.

2004 Range Rover HSE
Black on Black lux 2 with heated seats and steering wheel, navigation, serviced and four new tires. The vehicle has 56,169 miles.
Asking price on our website is 34,900 obviously we can do better than that make me a realistic offer on the vehicle and let's do business.

2005 LR3 HSE
Stornaway grey with alpaca interior heated seats f/r 7 passenger v-8 nav harmon kardon and it is certified with just at 51 thousand miles. This truck also has the HD package giving the locker and full size spare. Selling price will include the standard certified warranty which is 2 years or 25 thousand miles on top of the factory warranty. The major difference between factory and certified is you pay a 100$ deductible and it does not cover belts or scheduled services. The certified warranty is transferrable as well. Our asking price on the website is 32,989 but same as the full size do your research make me a reasonable offer and we will do business.
I'm extremely eager to get these cars sold and would love for someone on this board to get a great deal.
If you have any questions give me a call and (540) 777-3670

Crossroads bought the dealership and I have no idea what kind of changes they have in mind I've known for a while that we were for sale and have known for about two weeks we had been sold. It was announced to all employees yesterday, this is crossroads first endeavor into the high line market but they have a whole bunch of money and the potential to make that the premier dealership in the area so I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Well, I don't know anything about the inner-workings at your dealership, but from the outside looking in, I hope things continue as they were. Roanoke is heads and shoulders over the Richmond dealership when it comes to service. Hopefully the new owners understand this and strive to make it even better.

From the inside I look forward to the changes because as far as my bosses and who tells me what to do it can't get any worse. A very specific example is being reprimanded for giving tami a loaner car when she didn't buy the car from us. Obviously we we still do it anyways but I would rather have a happy customer than a happy boss because in the long run the customer is what matters.

I worked at the local dealership here in Reno for two years (in high school) and got yelled at for mopping up an oil spot in the service drive. The GM said, "people don't want to see that kind of stuff when they come here."

made me feel like a total loser saying that people shouldn't see me mopping...

Your GM was right, we want to see naked women when we go there.

nobody likes him there. He gets pissed off at every little insignificant thing. That's probably why he's old, single, and goes on trips in a motorhome by himself.

and lives in a van down by the river!!!!

i hope it is not a wholesale change because you guys have been incredibly good to me and the wife. And from what i have seen and heard everyone that comes to that dealership feels that way as well.

Did crossroads buy the other brands there or just LR?

everything including the lynchburg location as well. This is crossroads first adventure into the highline market and I'm excited about it because as stated before it can't get any worse on the inside.
