GE decided to cut the job short in their wisdom, so got home again.
Made a washer bottle out of some sheet metal I had laying around. Mounts behind the bumper winch mount and fits all 3 pumps. Will be making a skid plate for under the bumper, so it will be protected.
Will post a pic after the paint dries, check for leaks, and I drop it in.
Wanted to stay close to the original washer bottle location for the wiring and hoses, and didnt like the idea of the PVC pipe deal, although it would work no doubt, so used what I had laying around.
Cant relocate the OEM one as I have SAI.
Total cost...@$10 in paint.

Tucked behind the winch tray on the bumper. All 3 pumps hooked up and working right.
Would guess @1 gallon capacity. Mounted via a length of 2" x 2" angle iron welded to the front of it, which is then bolted to the bottom of the winch tray.
Used shit I had laying around, so maybe $10 in paint.

That's pretty tight. I'll take a picture of my setup. Think gatoraid.

Running hard all last year, and so far this year, so not had a chunk of time at home.
Axles are all ground down though, while I wait for parts for another job (Vanos, timing chains, guides etc on a M62TU, ugh)
Decided on 4 link in the rear, and angled radius arms up front, like the Clayton stuff I have ran before. Yeah it should be 27 linked according to some, but oh well...... I guess I'll survive somehow.
Got a buddy who is experienced in all the stuff that goes with a 4 link, so will be letting him make sense of the numbers etc. Then once it's figured out I'll get on with making stuff.
Picked up a decent TIG welder before the end of my tax year in December, and boy is that different than the MIG and spool gun I've been using.......Lots of practicing to do there.
