My '95 is feeling its age... looking for opinions on whether to rebuild the '95's drivetrain (tranny/xfercase/engine all with 265K miles), or buy a 2004 HSE?
My "offroading" is limited to forest service/BLM/Baja roads... basically the '95's been a road trip machine. I don't drive to work, so all the miles have been "recreational".
The offerings of new cars/trucks today don't impress me, so I'm thinking of staying with a Disco rather than buying the latest anonymous-looking glorified minivan.
