My alarm is on and has been since Friday. This morning I go to disarm it, the FOB is not working. I pulled the door and the alarm sounded, the car battery seems to be fine. I just replaced the FOB battery and still nothing, or nothing to disarm the alarm. Any thoughts?

2003 D2. Key is broke. Drivers lock on door is stuck.

So I fixed the key and it disarmed the alarm. It will not lock. Any idea why? And why is the FOB not working anymore?

Fix the DS door latch.

I got the new key for the door. The drivers door will lock and the rest won't. The power lock switch only locks the rear door. Wtf?

I bet you have a bunch of corrosion in the header thats near the right front kick panel. All the lock wires come together in that header junction and that would be a good place to start. These door latches are shitty but I don't think they would all three fail at the same time.

Are you sure all the three worked before? Is it possible they didn't lock but you never noticed?
