Hey, I think I have been to that restaraunt.

Good thing it was a female. It really is pretty easy to offend some folk.

But hassling the antichrist is irresistable.

Huh. I have not even watched that since I have owned my Rover. I am going to have to go get it. I guess it is a fitting username then. The landrover/antichrist scenes were by far the funniest if I remember correctly.

I'll have to find another reason to hassle the antichrist. That should not be too hard.

My female Texan friend tells me she used to carry a full sized Colt 45 everywhere when she lived there. I thought people in states with carry permits were more careful about offending strangers. New Hampshire and Vermont are very friendly and polite states. Anyway, this is off topic so I'll shut up.

RE:username
I thought it was from "The Gods Must Be Crazy"!!!! :)

LMAO Good on ya! Someone on a Rover bulletin board got it!
My coworkers had seen it, and then the tag number for a Land Rover...and the moniker stuck.

Gods must be crazy is now out on DVD.. I actually picked it up at target for like $10 bucks.. great movie.. the best part about it, is no matter how much the rover went through, it was still driving at the end!

I don't know which package you bought, but it's also available in a double set, with the second movie. I bought this one from Amazon, my VHS of GMBC was getting old. I don't like the second one much (no Land Rovers) but my kids like it alot, better than the first actually. Shame on them. ;)

These little religious run-ins always remind me of the BSD Daemon incident...

Pandering to the ignorant does nothing for their education ;)

LOL Love it! Reminds me of a run in my brother had with Nags Head police back in the late '60's. My brother is the type of person who can pretty much pick up any instrument and sound pretty good on it within a few minutes, and he always carried a recorder (the kind you play) with him. One time he was camping on the beach and the police decided to raid the place. Going through his stuff they came across the recorder.

Officer: What's this, some kind of pot pipe?
My brother: No, it's a recorder.
Officer: It don't look like any kind of recorder I've seen. Where do you plug it in?
