Please help me with the problem of my front door locks not working on my '01 DII SE7. They all worked when I purchased it 6 months ago.
It started with the drivers door by it wouldn't unlock with the key flob. It would open with the key but once you started driving it then wouldn't lock after the truck started moving. All others would. So to make life simple we quit using the key flob and just used the key to manually lock/unlock all doors. (Still wouldn't lock drivers door once going unless you push the lock manually.)
Last week the front pass. door starting acting up and now it will not lock/unlock using key or key flob plus once the truck starts moving it will not lock either. You can manually lock by pusing down the lock and it will stay locked.
Anybody have any suggestions on what might be causing this problem? The wife would like to have them working like they ought to.
