Front GBR Extreme Duty inner axles, HD D110 CV's and spindles with the Brass Bushing installed. I am selling my old spindles with the brass bushing needed for the larger D110 CV's so that literally nothing is needed for this install. Just pull yours apart and install mine. :)

$1200

Considering the prices for Rover Tracks set up or CV's Unlimited, that set-up used is worth $750 at most. Hell, with Rover tracks, you also get the HD axles. From personal experience, no one is stronger than the other. I'll give you $750 shipped to VA

Dream on! Put down the crack pipe please!

I guess you don't get it. These are HD Axles. If you think I'll drop my price $450 your sadly mistaken. These axles have been sold for about this price many times before. The other "minor" thing you are forgetting is that I am including spindles with the brass bushings, when is the last time you priced out a new set of spindles?

Regarding your personal experience, good for you! Obviously you aren't running either of these so until you upgrade from something other than stock I guess your experience is really from watching someone else!

Larry,

As you may recall from my previous post, I said that RT "also" has HD axles. As I have purchased much from Bill, I am very aware of my comments and what you are selling. I apologize that you are angry that you were over charged considering the competition but why should I buy used from you when I can get new from others for less? Since you need spacers, I'll throw that junk in for free. I have many HD parts and I have purchased these parts based on seeing what works on the trail and what does not. CV's are my last and final "HD" part.

I was making an offer. You could've just said no. If is was a hot ticket, they'd be gone by now.

p.s. I am running GBR HD axles

I am really not angry over what I was charged. Keith is just up the road from me and I have been over to his house many times. Back when I purchased this stuff their was no Rovertracks, thus no competition. I am basing my pricing off of what I think this stuff is worth and what other folks have gotten for their GBR front-end setups. Some people think Keith's stuff is the bomb, others are still skeptical. FWIW I am still not running Rovertracks axles. If you had made a much more realistic offer I might be shipping everything to you right now.

I see you are going to be putting 37's on. What are you replacing all your HD with? Are you putting a Dana60 in?

Spindles can be had all day long for 100.00 a set (2) used. Bushings can't be that much...Plus, if he has a disco, he has spindles. It's takes 15 minutes to drive the needle bearings out, and replace them with the bushings. You can't remove the bushing with out screwing them up, so the spindles are worthledd to you anyway. Nathan has 110 CV's for 160.00ea, and Bobby Long can heat treat them for 50.00ea. (I would say Bobby knows what he is doing). So, your price is on the inner axles....

$1200.00 may be cheaper than new, but no one knows what you did with these axles on the trail. Have they been magna fluxed? Are the axles twisted? Are the splines mushroomed? Do drive flanges come in this package? 1200.00 is not a deal by any means, considering the CV Unlimited set-up comes with a warrenty at a lower price new. Good Luck...

I wouldn't sell twisted or "mushroomed" axles. These axles are like new. Anybody who knows me knows I baby the shit out of my truck. And yes it comes with Drive flanges. BTW, if you want to run CV Unlimited stuff be my guess, but changing out broken shiat on the trail sucks no matter what the warranty is... CV's have no cracks whatsoever.

I'm not bashing you....I just sayign you can bash other people for making offers. These axles have been for sale for a while now, and they have not sold. Dude made you an offer...

As far as CVU axles breaking.....I don't know. I only know one person who runs them, and he has 35's, 4:10's, and an ARB up front. 6-8 months into it, they are still kicking....

As for GBR stuff....Another buddy if mine was running them, for a while.

Again, I'm not saying the CVU or RT axles are bullet proof, but either is the GBR stuff...And he was running 265's, and a TT.

Did you buy this set up new or used? Would you lower your price if you kept the spindles since I would not need them?

Thanks

I bought everything new. I would probably take $1000 without spindles. Not that I'm saying the spindles are worth $200, just exploring options to get rid of these soon.

Pics of the parts would help the sale. I know that I would love to see some.

Relax...

I have not heard of anyone selling twisted splines and messed up crap on D-web. I just bought the GBR HD rears from Larry and they are just as he described them...perfect shape including the splines. No offense but you either buy the stuff at the price he is asking or back off. He didn't ask for unsolicited evaluation of his price. You don't have to buy it if you don't agree. It would be a different thing if he wrote OBO but he didn't.
FWIW-I don't know Larry, never met him but he is an honest person and fair. My whole transaction was delayed almost 1.5 weeks and he still made the deal.

Keep it cool!! Nothing worth getting pissed off!
