hello!

Is there anyone who knows what alternative front proshaft I can use on lifted 2'' D1? Dubble or "wide" angle shafts?
Surfed around but cant find any alternatives! My current is "thin one origina" so it wont damage cats! To remove cats is not an option!

thankfull for any help!

What do the cats have to do with it? A double cardan driveshaft like what Tom Woods and Great Basin Rovers sell will do tje trick.

No. I've run a DII front on my D1.
TW's web site explains determining if you want a double cardan at the transfer or not.

I thought you could do a 2" lift without changing driveshafts, brake lines, etc?
You should be able to. More than 2" and you start getting into issues with spline length and angles.
The OP never stated why they want the DC shaft so IDK.

The premature failure issue with them is related to excessive heat, not the quality of the component. Upgrading them is frequently the most cost effective alternative to outright replacement. Our driveshafts are fully serviceable, incl. u-joints and centering kits - GBR Exclusive.

Great Basin Rovers.

This is my next purchase, getting some prop shaft vibes at 60. Maybe try a rebuild first...

Hate to disappoint ya but Tom Woods builds a fully serviceable driveshaft for not only a D1, which the OP needs, but also for a D2. Which is readily available, along with several other options at Lucky8llc or some of the other guy's around here...

not so "exclusive"...
