A stupid question...I think.

"Right" = Passenger side or Driver side? :patriot:

and "Sensor" probably = ABS Sensor?

Not yet...

Is it hard to do it myself? I am struggling...

Also the price varies. I can get it online for around $150, but dealer is charging me $280.

I've got the same readout from the ABSAmigo 99 DII with ACE.
Is there a way you can check the ABS sensor or should you just replace the hub and sensor at the same time or is there no choice? Is it a wheelbearing and ABS sensor packed up together or can I just replace the sensor?

THanks
Jon

You can replace the sensor. Must remove caliper and rotor to get access to it. I'd look for a used one.

My mechanic just used his electrical tester to test the abs sensor. Then he verified it works fine. Then he used the OBDII and "wheel speed" read zero when the truck is moving. He has no idea what it means.

Any idea, folks?

It means the sensor is probably bad. How did he check it? Just because it has continuity doesn't mean it's good. Did he check it at the sensor connector or the SLABS?

He just touched the tips of the tester... one end at the sensor's metal part, another end at the end where the sensor plug into. For sure he didn't check anything on the SLABS.
