Starting the slow part out of a 97 D1 (XD). Many of the parts (tires, low rack, seat covers, etc) have all been spoken for/sold locally but some other stuff is listed below. A mixture of local pickup preferred and shipped, which is reflected in price. Payment via paypal (ray.gerber(at)gmail.com) or cash.
Front skid plate: SOLD
Very stout two piece design. Powdercoating had long since given it up and thus there was/is a some surface rust to work through with a wire wheel or what have you but otherwise its in very good condition. Not unexpected given that it was a NY/NJ truck. Some paint will go a long way. Missing one bolt, the rest of the hardware will be included. Personally I'd switch over to equivalent SAE stuff from TSC. Note that it won't work if you convert your steering over to D90 style without significant modification. B/c of weight I'd rather not ship, if you want it that bad we can work something out via Fedex ground or what have you at extra cost.
Grab bag (box) of spares: $50 shipped
The joy of getting someone else's Rover means you get someone else's collection of random stuff. In this case I threw a bunch of it into a USPS flat rate box. Included is: spare brake switch (always good to have one), spare stock brake lines (for when the trail rips off one of yours), spare MAF, spare fuel filter, spare u joints x2 (keeps the rear DS in the fight), spare oil filter (FRAM...but it's a spare, right?), spare DS bolts for when yours won't come off and the rotary tool comes out, and a variety of spare clamps for various lines.
Cargo cover: Sold Pending Funds
Tan, good condition, retracts as designed. Unmolsted. No idea if someone wants this, I've never used one but it seems to have utility. Local pickup or we can sort some kind of shipping with extra $.
50th Anniversary Badge: SOLD
Pulled this off the truck b/c I couldn't fathom why a 97 model year, manufactured in 96, was rocking the metal badge for the 40th Anniversary. Paint was toast, I stripped it and almost painted it myself but left it bare as the pic shows b/c I figured if someone has a 98 something they may want to paint it whatever works for them. Paint aside this is the nice metal badge like I used to have on my 98 (RIP).
Atlantic British fuel filter kit: $25 shipped
$35ish new (plus S&H), this converts your fuel filter over to a much easier setup with hose clamps vice the infernal union setup. This is still NIB.
I have an extra passenger side front and passenger side rear genuine rubber mat: $15ea, OBO...
Why I got these along with the full set of mats I have no idea, but if some tragedy has struck your passenger side mats, let me know...
More to follow, if there is something specific you need hit my email.
