FS: BP Half Rack roof rack

British Pacific Half Rack for sale.

Good condition with a tiny bit of rust in a couple places and a few scuffs from tree branches. Overall it?s in good condition and any blemish can be fixed with rattle can black. I bought it used from the original owner in PA thru Craigslist last year. Comes with hardware and attaches to the rain gutters for a D1 (not sure if it fits a D2).

$150 OBO pick up in Annapolis, MD 21401. I would be willing to meet you in the greater MD/DC area for delivery. It?s a sweet roof rack that is no longer made and looks great.

Had one of those, don't see them to often. Super tough rack that can take a lot of abuse and does not bend like many others will. And it does not fit a d2, I tried but the d2 is wider. Good luck with the sale, this is a good deal...

I thought SD D2 racks fit D1 and visa-versa. Just the length of an SD rack is a couple inchs off, hence the overhang from a SD D2 rack on a D1. If that is the case, then wouldn't that mean the gutter dimensions (width) are the same and this rack would fit.

I would be willing to do a test fit on a D2 if anyone wants to come and check it out. I will be removing the rack tomorrow and can measure from foot to foot to see how wide it is at the mounting base.

I don't remember exactly where it hit, but it hit the sides before you could slide the rack all the way to the gutters... I would imagine you could make it fit with a little massaging as it was not off by a large amount if I recall.
