I have an older Brunton hard plastic solar charger that is in excellent condition. Still has the original accessories, in unused condition. The solar panels are glass.
Printed on the outside is model name: BatterySaverPowerPak Solar Power Source. It's designed to charge AA batteries or cell phones and such.
When I stick the charger in the sunlight an LED inside the unit illuminates, so I assume it is working properly.
