At these prices would it not make sense to by one from your local dealer. I'm guessing by the time you pay shipping your going to be up there $$$ wise.

PS. I wish I had bought one last year when they were $500

Call it what you like, it's still a NWP crap rack with ill fit, bad welds and cheese powder coat that will last 6 months....that dude is a liar and a very specific kind of hole...I have worked on two bumpers he did for Perazzi MX8 both were shit and needed $400 worth of welding and plate each just to be maybe as strong as an RTE..and I have a rack sitting here now waiting to go with my next batch of powder coat (rack is less than a year old) the welds have holes and suck and tubes are all crooked...I ran over lots of it with the TIG torch just to fill the huge gaps...buy a used SD you'll be happy you did.

I'd do 350 on it since I'd be going over the entire thing.

They aren't bad looking and seem to offer more protection than the other stuff out there. It's just a shame they have such a bad reputation for poor quality.

I'd love to support another quality product for ones LR, such has been my experience with RTE, SG and some others....all well made!! I agree that from 10 feet away those racks may look ok but get close and they are true crap...now if one has no fabrication experience they may not know it. I also wouldn't post if I had never spoke with the owner of NWP, or worked on racks and bumpers trying to fix them for guys that thought they were getting a well built product and received a junk bumper that barely fit and was too wimpy to add limb risers without flexing the bumper into the body(yes thats true).
