Fuel in exhaust and crankcase?

I noticed my '03 D2 with 250k running a rough while idling at a light. Made it to the office and killed it, then tried to restart. Starter would engage and attempt to turn the engine over but it seemed almost like it was hydrolocked. Bumped the starter a couple more times and it spun the engine freely but no start. I could smell fuel but I had to get to work so I left it sitting. When I came out at lunch, starter spun the engine freely and after a couple of seconds, engine cranked and ran albeit roughly. I went ahead and drove it home (20 miles or so) with it running with a distinct lack of power. No limp mode but SES was illuminated. Codes pulled are:

P1300
P0303
P1319
P0134
P0300
P0139

I messed with it a bit today and it's doing the same thing, spin slightly then lock, then spin freely but will only start after several seconds of cranking. Now, I have fuel coming out of the tailpipe and, I think, maybe in the crankcase. Obviously, I don't want to blow the damn thing up (well, maybe I do but not next to the house) so I'm not going to fool with it until I can get a handle on what's going on. Any suggestions?
