i have a 95 discovery I. not sure of its history but have found the following: the fuel pressure regulator had the vacuum line disconnected, i reconnected it, the overflow / vent at the fuel fill was cracked and have replaced the hose. its always hard to start and until i fixed the cracked vent there was never any pressure of the fuel tank. there is now but seems to run worse now. any ideas about the rough starting and low on power.
