Hmm. An electrical load exceeding the rating of the fuse? what happens if you fit another fuse? Does the pump run normally when the key is turned on? I've seen O2 sensor heater circuit fuse blow from faulty O2 sensors causing the fuel pump feed to fail. Which fuse did you replace?

make sure to replace with same fuse amp size, like you wouldn't know that but just a reminder don't want fried wires. thanks have a good day. :patriot:

In our 95 D1, the fuse blew because a wire in that circuit under the passenger side of the dash had been pinched and shorted out. After I had isolated the problem to that, the dealer tech told me it was a relatively common problem. I just cut the wire in two places and bypassed the shorted section.
