Will fit D1 or a D2. Also fit a RRC but will sit up some 6 inches above the roof. No light tabs or any other mounts. Not Sure of the deminsions but it is full size. Very little rust and only a few scuff marks. Has all 8 Mounts. Asking $250. Local Pickup Only

Not trying to steal your thread. But, if someone with a rrc buys this, I have a set of lower profile mounts for a rrc. Sold my rack, and still have the extra set of mounts the buyer didn't want. Just pay shipping.
