last time I filled up the tank, a small amount of gas seemed to be leaking maybe from the hose line to the tank?

Park the truck for the day, and there was no wetness or stain on the driveway

should I be overly concerned?

Check the RAVE for the EVAP system... should lead you down the road of what they are. Think there's an overturned/overflow drain line that should lead back down to the tank from the filler neck.

Did you actually see gas leaking out?

Was it by chance a build-up/over flow during filling? (some station nozzles are like that - promote overflow a little way into filling from not having a good 'connection')

Did you see wetness from underneath?

Parking the truck for the day will not show you a gas leak unless fairly large due to the evaporative rate of fuel. Try getting up under there with a full tank and willingness to smell like gas.

Good Luck!

In my situation, I actually have gas dripping from the area of the filler pipe under the car, when I attempt to "top up" the tank after the auto shutoff has tripped on the gas filler nozzle of the gas pump. It has to be one of the pipes on the gas filler pipe assembly.

I had a 94 with a recall on the gas tank don't know about the 95. But its not to hard at all to pull the carpet in the back and remove the cover to the top of the tank and have a look.

There was a recall for leaking gas tanks... Check with a dealer if yours has been done. You might be in for a free gas tank!
