Gauge binnacle fix?

Is there one (the hood over the speedo and tach). Mine, of course has the 2 pins broken. Also, the two posts for the rheostat are broken as well.

I successfully used epoxy on the rheostat posts but I’ll never get the rheostat off.

I also epoxied some thin plastic pieces where they break in the 2 spots on the front.

there is a file to 3d print the pieces on the front that break, no idea what to do about the standoffs for now.

You can use a printing service on Thingverse as well.
Also, sometimes libraries or colleges near you have a program for printing.
Our Junior College down the road will provide these services sometimes during the year.

Ender 3s are dirt cheap.

if you want to print in ABS you’ll need to cover the whole thing in a trash bag

I printed a couple, Not sure if that is what you were looking for. short print job, maybe 20 minutes or so?

That looks right. Now you have to find the right adhesive and hope there is enough structure left of the old ones to put them on.

They give the clip something to bite onto. Yours is probably broken and is not giving any support or grip.
