What winch did you fit in that bumper?
Any chance you could post a few pics from underneath, showing the winch if possible?
i've got a Warn 8000. it's the same as designed for it.
i had a non-winch GDE bumper on it before that i considered adapting. it's a smaller bumper and think i maybe found a tmax that would have worked had i decided to modify. still would have to have feet forward, though. i decided on using the RRC hidden winch mount instead but ultimately wound up finding this bumper. biggest issue with the non-winch GDE bumper was the lack of recovery points. with the winch GDE, there is a recovery point that sisters to the frame on either side of the winch. it's been super sturdy when i've either had to yank or been yanked. with the non-winch, i would have probably gone ahead and mounted dixon-bates with backing plates as close to the frame mount as possible.
i'll try and crawl under the truck in the morning and snap a picture. mounts with feet forward and has an extended clutch lever that comes up thru the top. winch control box is mounted in the extra battery tray area with a remote extension mounted to the bumper. its' a pretty nice clean looking install.
