What do you use for a front recovery point with a GDE bumper? Will a dixon-bate work, or will it bend the aluminum?

I would think with a decent backing plate the bumper would be fine. I have used the Dixon-Bates on my Series stock bumper (paper thin) and never had any bending but I have backing plates in there.
