gear selector is flickering

hello guys I am new to this forum aand i am leavibng in france, it`s the first time i own a land rover and its a discovery 4,
After I have changed the oil pump and the fuel injection pump, i noticed my gear selector is flickering as shown on this video


any idea to help me fix this issue is very appreciated 🙏
