Yes. the mid and lower plenums are the same on the serpentine engines. There might be one of the vacuum ports on the mid plenum not tapped.
The TPS resistance is different, and the IAC at least has a different plug, I don't know if the step count is different. Valve covers and stuff are different and need to match the upper plenum

Well I picked it up from the junkyard, along with the 20AM MAF for $17.69 after my $1 entry fee. Figured even if I don’t use it someone will want it for more than that. 
Dang it!!!! I tried to get one at my local LKQ a month ago and by the time they added up all the stuff attached to it I was over 100.00. They've become pretty bad lately on penny pinching every single nut, bolt, and washer attached to any part for more $$$. That's a great deal for 17.69!!
