I'm pretty sure hawkeye will do it, but I didn't have a GEMs when I owned one, so I didn't get that license.

Nanocom will do GEMs for range rover, but not disco.

Look at Foxwell. You're not limited to any particular vin number or model. Land Rover is Land Rover.
Well worth the money.
If anyone is in my area I would be glad to connect to test it.

I have a Foxwell too for the D3, I'll try it on my D1, but don't remember it being on the supported model list.

Using latest Foxwell LR module update. Couldn't detect D1 vin. GEMS Discovery was in the manual selection list but it wouldn't communicate. Tried selecting GEMS Defender and P38 too with no luck. Interestingly the P38 had selections for GEMS and NAS GEMS, but Discovery did not. The Foxwell OBDII module worked fine though.
