I've never tried this before.
I want to remove the rear cargo/quarter side windows in a '91 Classic.
I want to do this without any damage to the rubber molding.

Any ideas?

I've done it a few times...I found it easiest to basically just push the window out slowly and carefully from inside. Once everything extra is removed (trim etc) it is fairly straightforward. Good luck

Thanks.
I'll give that a try.

I only want to salvage the rubber molding as it's in good shape.
Keeping it for another truck.

That's good.

But, while it wouldnt necessarily matter if I break the windows on the donor truck.... that technique wont help me much on the recipient truck!

I like Frank's push-from-the-inside method better.

Did the flathead screwdriver method.
I figgered this is how most thiefs get in...
Only difference was I removed the vinyl panels first.
Once I got a little trim out of the metal frame the glass came out of the seal and it got easy.
No window trim was harmed.
