replacing the front driveshaft u joints. it looks as though there are no c clips to hold bearing caps in place. looks more like a roll pin. the new u joints have the c clips.
is this an outdated u joint that has been superseded with a newer type? if I knock out the old u joints and roll pins will the c clip style fit? 1988 2500 gmc. thanks
