Anyone run these? Love them long time? I think they sucky sucky.

I just spent a bunch and put a set of E rated 285's on my F250...and to be honest so far I think they kind of suck. They look great but seem to be really be soft and "flexy". Yeah checked pressures I'm up to 75/85 psi.

Hmmmm maybe back to Sears?

Every person who has a full-size truck hates them. Complains about sidewalls. People with SUV's and smaller pickups seem to love them. I've been thinking a set of 235 85 16's for the D1

Yep, I researched these a few months ago.

You fucked up putting them on a big pickup.

Now on a Rover, they'd probably be fine.

Only Goodyear tires I've ever seen or owned have completely sucked with the *slight exception of my MT/Rs I had on the Disco. They did fairly well as long as I aired down offroad.. other than driving to the trail I had little experience with them on road. Actually, they ended up on my RRC that I sold awhile back still looking pretty good. Seems like they had a pretty thick sidewall as I never cut one. Still yet, probably will never purchase another set of Goodyear tires again.. especially after dealing with their OEM crap that comes on some of the vehicles that we've owned.

There's a set on my work truck(not mine, governments). It's a Ford F250 super duty with bumpers front and rear, 12,000lb winch, loaded workbox, and a Airquick fire system(55gal.). They handle alright, but they are really noisy and seem very soft. I'm off road at least three times a week and they do surprisingly well, even without airing down. As for how long they'll last, time will tell, they only have @5000 miles. I like the BFG KM2s on my Disco better though.

Goodyear tires are the worst tires you can buy in my opinion and they are usually overpriced.

agreed, i manage a tire store( a very known company) I would have to agree that gdyr tires(except MTR's) are way over priced for what they are. Duracraps are for "mallcrawlers" imo. If you want offroad tires go with km2's or MTRs. Both have stronger sidewalls than the avg tire. If you're looking for a AT tire i recommend The Hankook dynapro ATM , BFG AT(3 ply sidewall) or the General grabber AT2.

I've had them since March of '09 on the Disco and I love 'em! They work well in all conditions and have been wearing great.

I've heard the same complaints from full-size truck owners though.
