I just rebuilt the top end with a new cam, cam gear, lifters, intake manifold, carb etc. When I turned it over the first few times it sounded pretty normal, but didnt start. Then, it started to make a loud clunk/clank/ metal on metal? or something like that sound. This is my first rebuild, so let me know what you guys think I fu@ed up this time. Thanks a lot, any and all input is appreciated,

And now it wont turn over! It doesn't sound like the starter is really making an effort...what could this be? I am pretty sure that the battery is fine.
