Got myself a dirtbike

A buddy of mine had a 2001 Honda CR 125 and almost killed himself on it. I bought the thing off him and am in the process of fixin' it up. Might end up doing the same to myself in the meantime, but i'm expecting that with this next year's worth of riding I could end up getting good at it.

I've done some riding in the past (it's been a few years), nothing bigger than a two stroke 125 on two wheels. Any of you ride? I wouldn't mind hearing some tips.

i ride a cr 250 and i love it. a buddy of mine owns a motocross track and i try to ride as much as time allows. i used to race 125's when i was younger then i stopped and sold my toys cause i bought my 1st house, that was back in 98. just bought the 250 this past summer.

Getting comfortable on a 125 is good for you if you've been off of it for awhile. If you are in to offroading in rovers then try your hand at some Enduro racing. I haven't done it in awhile but that shit is fun. You'll need a little bigger bike ala KTM 600, Husky 500 etc... but a good 250 will get you going.
