Just bought a '99 DII and am changing out the rubber. The spare is a Goodyear Wrangler HP 255/65 R16. I believe it is original from the showroom. It has never been been driven on. Still has original flash moulding on all driving surfaces, etc.
The rest of the tires are well-worn Michelin Cross-terrains -- not worth selling.
Here are the particulars:
