Halloween Costume Ideas...

I've a Halloween party to attend on the 23rd. I'm looking for interesting ideas. I'd considered going as Jaime Gum from Silence of the Lambs and my girl going as agent Starling. I thought that it might be funny to have a small basket with a travel sized container of lotion and a small stuffed white dog to be "Precious". Other than the demented listed above, what are some ideas? I'd like shock as well as humor!

One year, I bought a fake heart at a halloween store and wore it around my neck on a string (with regular clothes on as well)
My costume? I was the "Guy with the Heart-On" (say it out loud)

I won for most originality, and got plenty of #'s that night.

It seems, the longer I stayed there, the funnier it got. (The alcohol might have made it funnier)

Make the proper candy bar packages for either just a shirt or make an entire costume out of it with this on it Almond Joy ("I've Got Nuts" on back) and Mounds ("I Don't" on back)
