Anyone here using one. I like the look of it but would like to see more pictures and hear from those that are using it.
Thanks

HLC....there are none better.

check here I sent a bunch more to Denny. Check their website. When you get the bumper, go with the sliders at the same time. It's worth it! And it's a nice ride out to their shop.

That's a nice looking bumper...would be better if they have a place for a winch. But I'm sure they make a winch bumper already.

There is a place for a winch. I just don't like the idea of cutting into the grill to fit it. And I would like to see that bumper with a full brush bar. But none the less, it is one of the most stout I've have seen at 1/4 inch.

They'll build the bumper any way you want it.

Tell Denny and Rusty what you're looking for and they'll make it happen.

I like the look of their bumpers. (other than the prerunner A-bar setup in some of the pics) For some reason, I associated their name with tube bumpers. Looks like they put a lot of thought into the designs.

Unlike most vendors HLCfab builds to the customers request. Tell them what you want and they will build it. They are not cookie cutter builders. Whatever you request it will be built with utmost integrity and strength. You can't go wrong with these guys.

I can tell you that I wish I had the money to get the rear. I have had more compliments and people asking where I got it than I can count. You will absolutely love it. ....and yes, there is a winch tray, I opted to not have it cut out since I won't use it any time soon.

(Denny, unfortunately those people asking about the bumper/sliders didn't have a LR or I would have sent them your way).

Give Denny a call or an email, and I have a feeling he has pictures of a few different installs he would be glad to send you. He is a great guy !! I just remembered, I talked to Denny yesterday and he is going to be out of town this week, give him a call next weekend or you may try emailing Rusty sales@hlcfab.com he probably has access to all the pictures as well.

I like giving my opinion whether people want it or not. So, my opinion is have them build you a bumper for your D2 that looks like their D1 bumper. That D2 bumper in the pics on their website is just plain hideous. As far as strength and custom work, I've read most, if not all good things. They also seem to have good customer service, always a plus.

No problem Josh, When you're ready for a new bumper for your DII give us a call and I'm sure we can build you one just like you want.
Building Custom bumpers is like trying to put together a 1500 piece puzzle without the box cover art, it may take you a little bit to figure out where to start but in the end it all comes together as long we know what pieces the customer has given us and where they need to go.

Can someone post a picture of a HLC D2/DII rear bumper with integrated hitch that accepts the factory lights and provides some rear quarter protection? [assuming someone out there has something that fits this description]
