Have some sets in stock that need to find a new home before I scratch up the paint moving them around again:banghead:
Currently have 3 sets for a D1/RRC/Defender90 and 2 for a D2
These are the .250 wall DOM tie-rods and drag links I've been making, they run a 3/4"" heim at each end which is much, much stronger than a Rover TRE and decently stronger than at Chevy 1-ton TRE, plus they're cheaper and easier to track down a replacement when the time comes. The downside is that you'll need to drill out the steering knuckles with a 5/8" bit for the bolt to drop through, but all you need is an $10 bit rather than switching to a different TRE that requires a $70+ reamer. You'll also find more people with a 3/4" heim in their spares box on the trail than any TRE or other size joint out there, so the odds of somebody having the spare you need, or you having the spare somebody else needs are much higher. The heims are also much tighter than any TRE so you'll get less jitter and wander on the highway, unless you like to dive excessively fast on dirt roads you won't need a steering damper, but I can get you set-up with a damper reloaction kit of you want one, I have the frame-side mount for a D1 squared away, but don't have a D2 for mock-up.
They go for $285/set with local pick-up, add $25 for shipping in the lower 48 or to an APO. That gets you a tie-rod and a drag-link fully tig welded, 4 heims, 4 jam-nuts, 4 Grd8 bolts and lock-nuts, 8 high misalignmnet spacers and 8 hardened washers, everything you need to install them.

Mine has a few very deep gouges from sliding over rocks, but it's still going strong
Edit, not on Dweb a ton, best way to get ahold of me is via email, MaxYedor@aol.com
