HD Tie Rod, D1/RRC/ Defender

I've got one left that I found at Walters house.......

Fits D1, RRC, or Defenders.

4140 material, 1.5 inches in diameter. Left and right hand threads for easy alignment. Jam nuts included.

This will work with the stock diff dampner (That big round thing on the diff), but your steering dampner needs to be relocated to the front. This WILL NOT work with the cheesy QT front diff guards.

It has a few scratches on it from being installed and removed. Black paint can fix it. It was installed only to check for fitment (prototype), but is good as new.

If you ever bend this thing, you'll need a flat bed truck ride home anyway. It's very much so over-built, but was intended to last off-road.

$120.00 shipped to the lower 48. WILL NOT work on D2/P38.

Daniel, I DON'T want to relocate my dampner!! <pout>

But I probably need another tie rod...will you be making any more in the next few months?

Since I just put one of these in this week, I'd like to add that you probably will have to remove the diff dampner and steering dampner bracket to get it in. You can then easily put it back on. Its two bolts holding both.

How the HD drag links coming?

To put it short, they're not coming at all. I mean, I'll make more when time permits, but right now I'm not really even thinking about it. Maybe next month.....
