Head torquing sequence

Major "oh -oh" while doing headgaskets on my 04.
The gasket set purchased from Atlantic British ( elring) shows one sequence while the RAVE shows another.
Am I missing something here?
1 & 2 are the same but then #3 is towards the font on the paper that came with the headgasket but towards the back with RAVE.

Can someone jump in here PLEASE !!!! I just did the 15lb and first 90 before I caught this....

I would follow the RAVE, my HGs didn't even come with instructions. I think as long as you are tightening the bolts in a pattern which will evenly distribute the torque you should be fine.

The most important thing is that your torqueing them from the center out. I wouldn't be worried about that at all. It would bother me more to take the tension off all those bolts now that you've stretched them.
