Thanks for all the great advice. This is a great site!
Barefoot -- I really like the clean look and practical idea of the rhino-line. I will probably give that a shot.

aellisr -- I am from Athens Georgia. We have probably passed Rovers on hwy 316 before.

Thanks again folks!

If you want to do it even cheaper, you can just paint it. Just get a quart of latex and a cheap foam roller. Home Depot or Lowes can do it in any color you want. I did mine in a dark grey color that contrasts with the plastic trim. Just clean all the glue off the headliner with a stiff brush. It looks good, and cost less than $20. You end up with a nice rough texture. I've had people in the truck that never knew it was painted.

Great idea. How does it wear? I could see the latex peeling after a while if scratched. I guess you could always touch it up. Anyway, you have gotten me to think about other options.

Thanks!

i'm in the middle of doing mine right now, 60in wide and 3 yards long, total cost of headliner material was $30. The spray my buddy had, 3m aphostery spray. Probably $10 at home depot. This job only takes basic tools, and a few hours

Cheers
