Headliner soaked

Ok it was not soaked, but wet. I posted a thread earlier thinking that the culprit is possibly a bad seal on the windshield. This post is to find out if any other culprits could be the problem. When it rains hard, as it does everyday is sunny NW Florida in the summer, the area above the plastic pillar cover is wet it dries rather quickly, so I have not been able to photograph the event. Please help. It is a 2003 Disco 2. I was already told that they would not replace the headliner by a fellow DWebber, but I am going to try anyway.

It's a known problem, and there's a TIB out describing the repair. Your dealer should know exactly what it is before you arrive.

Does anybody have a copy of the TIB? I would like to know why my truck is doing this.

It just tells the technician & the parts guys what PN the sealer is and where & how to apply it. It also covers the plastic rivets that hold the outer pillar cover on. You just peel back the windshield outer trim corner and inspect the body seam that leads to the rain gutter there.
