I just went out of country for a month long business trip. My wife called yesterday and said that our D1 was "stuck in park" on a street in front of my parent house. Of course, the street cleaner is coming tomorrow.
She called AAA and the tow truck came and couldn't release the transmission. Then they just left.
The truck starts okay, and couldn't move out of park. I "guess" the brake pedal switch is broken. I tried to tell my wife to find the switch under the dash, but after a couple hours she still failed to find it.
Is there anyone who can provide me with some pictures so show my wife where it is? Further, do you know any mechanics (or whoever) who can come to my parent house to move the truck? I live in Hacienda Heights, which is in L.A. County.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
