Hey all,
So i figured out that my front end vibe when accelorating was my driveline. Picked up a GBR driveline, and installing it now. Now for my question, I assume that the double cardan joint goes next to the transfer case, and that the adapter plate bolts up there on the stock bolts.
I went ahead and started this way, but I noticed that the stock bolts going to the nylock nuts holding the adapter plate up there aren't quite long enough. Most of the nut is threaded, but it's just short of hitting the nylon part of the nylocks. I jiggled around the plate to make sure it was flush, and tightened it down the best i could... but it seems that nylon part should be hitting some thread?
Any suggestions? or am I doing this all wrong?
Thanks,
Ryan
