WANTED: Pet friendly, 2 bed/2 bath within 15 minutes of JSU's campus (Jax, Anniston, Piedmont, Weaver etc)
2 recent Auburn Graduates are looking for housing within about 10-15 minutes of JSU's main campus. I am working on my master's thesis at JSU and I need a quiet, safe neighborhood with a 2 bed/2 bath house or duplex.
housing must have/be:
-2 bed/2 bath or more
-PET FRIENDLY- I have a few well behaved ADULT dogs, NOT puppies
-Safe neighborhood
-must come with appliances: fridge, stove/oven,http://images.intellitxt.com/ast/adTypes/icon1.png washer, dryer
Both residents have current jobs with a steady income, but I will also have a cosigner available for further stability.
housing, work, integrity references are available (just ask).
our budget is $1000 or less AFTER utilities, which is reasonable for the area.
please contact me asap. need to move in by mid july
