That's a good idea, but most of the dealers around here have their internet usage restricted. I hope yours can actually see the video!

It's a longshot, but have you tried ejecting the DVD from the satnav drive and giving it a good cleaning? Perhaps the satnav fails to boot up every now and then due to dust on the disc, and the whole infotainment system hangs as a result.
