Keep an eye out for the girls out your way. Dude that sucks what is going on out there. Have you or friends of yours gotten together to run some recon and look out for the girls? God bless yall and look out for each other.

I've told some friends that if they don't feel safe walking back to their cars in the evening that I would come down to campus and meet them at there class. I try to tell my friends that they need to plan out where they're going so they don't wander into a dark part of campus. Also to carry something with them to help protect themselves, whether it's pepper spray, a knife, or whatever... and to walk with it in there hand, ready to go. A girl frantically swinging a knife in front of her is going to make anyone think twice about grabbing her. Scratching, kicking, screaming, going for the groin, any of those could cause him to abort and run away (like he did to one girl if I remember right.)


The scary thing is this guy is incapacitating girls from the start. One girl was suffocated then raped. Just goes to show how sick some people can be....

If I recall you come from a law enforcement family. Apply all you've learned from them. I'm not saying vigilante stuff but EYES open and look out for each other. This is not something to fool around with. This guy is psycho.

We are experiencing something to a similar extent, minus the murder on our 2 main campus' here in Buffalo. There has been a problem for years @ Buffalo State and also @ University of Buffalo. My gf attends Buff St and I bought her pepper spray for her walks. Campus police claims to offer escorts for anyone to and from their classes to cars, so one night she called and asked for one around 5:20pm, and they told her they didnt start them until 7pm. fucking bullshit. They need to offer them round the clock in my opinion.

yup, I do... My latest class this semester get's out at 2, so I'm never on campus after that. They do allow students to park at meters past 5 o-clock, so that does help. But for many students, they have to park all the way up north of campus before 5, go to class, then walk back to their cars. There are shuttle buses that run up and down campus, but that doesn't mean this freak can't grab you in the parking lot afterwards.

The sad thing is this... 99% of the girls can be cautious and watch out, but it's the 1% that isn't thinking, talking on the phone, or whatever it may be, and they walk into a dark corner and become the next victim. The ratio is around 5 to 1 I think, and there are plenty of places around campus for this freak to attack. The campus, dorms, parks, etc... he can find his next victim in all sorts of places.

Obviously! He attacked one in the campus police HQ didn't he? This guy thinks he's smarter than everyone. He is surely having delusions of grandeur.

I don't remember hearing that? Was there something like that in the videos I posted?



I think he is "testing" or teasing the police. He left underwear next to Bri's body that had his DNA and that of another unidentified women on it. That could be his sick way of bragging...

One of the first rape victims said he had a baby shoe in his truck and other clues that led to the possibility of him being a father. It would be a miracle if a women came forward and ratted out her husband, ex, or whatever he is.

I heard on the news ( of course taken with a grain of salt ) that the first or second attack took place at the campus cops HQ. This tool needs to be caught and hung!

hmmm...

maybe it was near the HQ? I'll look into it... The UNR police HQ is at right in the middle of campus, somewhat towards the north end.


I've lived here all my life and I can't remember a time when the community was so involved and upset about a crime like this. Bri has been the main topic on the news and around the community this past month and everyone will be ecstatic and relieved when they catch this bastard.

but then again these are young girls going to and from classs. I think a girl with a knife in her hand would do a lot more damage than one with a gun. The odds of them getting to it (can't walk with it in your hand like a knife) in time and actually hitting the guy are very low.

Matt-stay safe and help your friends be aware. Utilize all the resources that you can muster...keep in close contact with campus police and other administration officials and make sure you spread the word among the students.

IMHO someone with no knife training sould not be useing a knife. They are easily taken away & used against you...
All women should take some sort of self defense esp. these days. There has been a good series on womens self defense.

true, but that's still a better bet than a gun. THat's even more likely to be taken away and used on you.

I'm just saying that if a girl was frantically swinging a knife in front of her, there's no way I'd want to attack her. Cause the odds are really good that your going to get cut pretty bad atleast once.
