After adding my rear bumper and leaving a few new light sockets empty my turn signals blink at twice the speed. How can I correct this? It's annoying me to no end.

thanks.

install a resister on the wires radiosnake has them the are cheap and they never "well almost never" go bad and the put off very little heat and should do the trick find a 1 ohm resister and repeat on the other side or replace blinker unit with a lighter duty one
have fun

You want a 6 ohm resistor rated at 20 watts, so it matches a light bulb. Radio shack has them in the catalog. If you have one bulb already working, then increase this to 8 ohms.
